How easy is it not to be amazed
At what is truly most miraculous,
Observing Nature’s wonders, yet unfazed,
To God’s creative power oblivious.
It is religion’s role to bind us back
To an appreciation of our Source
And keep us on the reverential track,
Avoiding thus sad anguish and remorse.
Our greatest health proceeds from love and joy,
And only in that ambience may we flourish,
So it is our clear duty to employ
Whatever means it takes such love to nourish.
To write a verse like this is my best way
To praise our Source and my large debt repay.
