HEARTMATH

          With Head and Heart aligned in sync,
          Both brains are then prepared to think
          Holistically, as logic needs,
          With sympathy, as pity pleads.
           
          We’ve learned that, without feeling, thought
          Intrudes where nothing human ought,
          While wild emotionality
          May lead to bitter tragedy.

          Like Yin and Yang, these two must roll
          Harmoniously within each soul.
